Yes! We’re proud to award a certificate of completion for all our structured courses. Because every learner’s journey is a bit different, just reach out to our team to check your eligibility and make sure you’ve ticked all the right boxes to receive yours.

The length of each course varies depending on which course you are taking and according to how many weeks you’ve booked. To find out how many weeks it will take to complete each course kindly check the “Course Length” information in our Course Fees section. You are not required by the school to complete any course and you are welcome to book only one week of lessons should you wish to do so.

We only permit a maximum of eight students per course to ensure a high quality of service. You may book private one-to-one lessons if you prefer not to study as part of a group.

No, all lessons and course materials are in English and no translations will be provided.

All lessons are delivered live by an actual teacher via meetings in Microsoft Teams! This will allow students to interact with the teacher as well as ask questions and have them answered in real-time.

The courses are tailored for adult students and, for this reason, we only accept bookings from students that are at least 18 years old.

To secure your place and begin any course, a deposit covering the first 10 hours of your selected pack is required.

We currently accept payments via international SWIFT transfer only.

You may cancel your booking up to one week in advance and you will receive a full refund, less any bank charges.
